It's Sunday. I'm bored! Do you have any celebrity friends as in close enough to have them on Watsapp etc. Come on give us a clue, maybe some MNers will even be brave enough to tell us names!

My dad is friends with rhino from gladiators, they went to school together. They are Facebook friends I believe. His eldest daughter was in the year above me at my school. My dad also went to school with Steve McQueen, the director of 12 years a slave.

The guy who was in Three Up Two Down sitcom. Up not down. So not Michael Elphick. His daughter used to ride at a stables I worked at in the 80s. I nicked her hoofpick 😳 Does that count? I’ve just googled him. Ray Burdis. It turns out he was also in the iconic 80s Channel 4 show Going Out. How exciting is that 🤗

When I was a teenager I knew soap star ( he is still in it now - Corrie) as he was friends with my best friends dad and was often round their house. It was quite random as he many ways like his character in real life, but even more intelligent I was quite starstruck!

Also good friends with an actor on a soap quite some time ago and his wife who was also an actress in the same soap. Lost touch now.

I went on a couple of dates with Jack Whitehall before he was really famous. Lovely and really down to earth.

Also have Matty from The 1975’s number in my phone and exchange the odd message here and there. He’s more a friend of a friend though.

I know Tanya Bardsley and her family. They are a very close nit down to earth family.

I used to live in Yorkshire and was neighbours with John Nicholas Reynolds Houghton, Baron Houghton of Richmond, to give him his full title. he's the Constsble of the Tower of London. Awfully frightfully posh but very down to earth and loves a glass of Tesco red!! His son Tom is a comedian and hilarious.

I know John Terry's brother and family. Live near them now - down to earth, ordinary people.

I've met The Queen but I'm sure she doesn't remember!!

I dont know any so called celebrities thankfully,, I dont even like the overused word celebrity.. its usually meaningless, when people of no note, have done nothing special in life..

I used to take the same train most days as Ian hislop, spoke to him a few times for random reasons, was always friendly when people spoke to him.

Sort of knew some of the stock aitkin and waterman artists back in the days via a friend, most were nice enough but not my cup of tea music wise. I went off to university and lost touch with the friend
