Urgent help- hives or chicken pox??

Hi, can anyone tell me if these are the beginning of chicken pox or hives? DD nearly 5 is very itchy with them, my family think chicken pox but I think they look more than hives? Pics are face, chest and back of leg. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it !

I'm a paediatric nurse. They look more like hives. Chicken pox usually has small pustules

Face definitely looks like gives, the others I'm not so sure. Do they have blisters? Does your DD feel unwell or have a temperature?

DD says she feels fine apart from the itching, no temperature or anything

Looks like hives. Chicken pox are very distinctive spots I’ve found. Have you got antihistamine? I’d give some of that and see if it eases.
