At lunch today, that includes me................

I had a single espresso martini on the clear understanding that I had some sleeping tablets,they are very mild and in desperation I have taken two and I am still wired.

Some needs to feel my pain.

Finally, sleep is starting to creep in, never again.

Well I'm in A&E and I'm too scared to sleep

Hope you nodded off. I had an after dinner espresso one evening and was wired for the night. It was the weirdest feeling being simultaneously so tired but wide awake. I’m much more careful about timing caffeine now.

@maeveiscurious are you ok? A&e on a Saturday night is scary.

It's busy due to serious road traffic accidents. I'm in a bay but hours and hours to wait

I can't smell caffeine past 12

I eventually got six hours, never again.
