Lost national trust card - do they still find you on the computer?

Supposed to be meeting friends on Monday at a national trust place and can't find my card! I know they used to be able to find you on their computer database years ago - is this still a thing they can do?

Had this issue recently. Call them tomorrow and they’ll send you a new card but email you a temporary barcode.

I thought with it being Sunday no one would be there tomorrow?

Sign in online and request a new card, they email a temporary one straight away.

I just checked, the membership number is the same from year to year.

Yes. You don’t need to have the actual card as you are on their computer. My DS has forgotten his card a few times and it’s never been a problem.

Yes, they found me earlier this year when I couldn't find my card, no problem at all. They didn't even ask me for ID.

I went to a NT property last weekend having lost this year’s card. They said that it would be fine using last year’s card at any property with a computer, but not all locations have them.
