I eat bucket loads of sugar free muesli, I love it and I find it really sets me up for the day. I need to low carb for 4 months and I can face giving up most carbs but muesli is tricky...how carby is a bowl of muesli?

They do make ‘low carb’ versions but it would be mainly nuts, so still quite high in carbs for a decent amount of it.

Think you need to read up a bit on what constitutes low carb and try to plan for some other options rather than trying to recreate your previous diet.

There will be lots of threads on here from the low carb boot camps run by BIWI. Breakfasts usually consist of some form of eggs, or full fat Greek yoghurt and a few berries, or even leftover dinner from the night before, as it doesn’t have to be a specific breakfast food.
