I'm just enjoying my first cuppa of the day; I have the kitchen window open & can hear the birds chirping away. It's lovely ☺️

The washer's on already so I'll peg the washing out when that's done, and there are a couple of pots to wash up that I'll do next time I get up.

I need to nip to town for some chocolatey things for the last Guides meeting of term. Dd1 wants to come with me, dd2 wants to stay here with their dad & do her homework.

When we're back, I might get out in the front garden & cut back the brambles that have started creeping further across it again.

I want to either carry on with my crochet t-rex later on, or my book. I'm undecided which yet! Dd2 is after my book so probably the dino 🤣

I'm not sure what's for tea yet so should probably have a look and decide at some point. There'll definitely be a glass of wine, for me, to accompany it Wine

What about all of you? :)

I've got up, fed the cats, put some laundry on and come back to bed for coffee and toast Smile

No plans today except I have to go and sort a friends' horse out this evening. I just feed him and muck his yard out. He's a very gentle old boy and I love going to see him.

Might go out for lunch or an ice-cream this afternoon as the weather is beautiful.

Morning all Smile. I was up at 5am as DH was up for work and I couldn't go back to sleep. Stuck a wash on and went to Lidl for 8am. Got some flowers for my Mum which I'll take up the crem tomorrow Sad. DD18 is at her boyfriend's so I have the house to myself today so going to make the most of the sunshine and sit in the garden scrolling mumsnet and reading. Ironing and housework can wait til tomorrow when the weather turns.

Have a lovely weekend everyone Smile

Got up, dh took ds to football, I chucked a washing load, unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher and retreated back to bed with a pint of water and opened the windows, read my book for a bit.
Have got some work to do in a bit so will maybe take the laptop in the garden. This afternoon the dds want to make a cake for mil tomorrow and we will all get out for a walk and possibly a stop off at the pub somewhere along the way.
This evening we are going to sils as it’s my nieces birthday so there’s a family get together. Think we’ll go for a couple of hours and then get a takeaway when we get back.

Lovely day here so we've taken the dog a walk and I've made some biscuits and a big vegetable soup. Having a coffee and some broken biscuits now and the little one is watching the Aristocats. Going to go in the allotment this afternoon.

Just finished breakfast outside. Currently listening to my neighbour's toddler singing in the garden ( he has a brand new baby sister and when he came home from nursery yesterday I heard him shouting 'no baby no baby')!
The weather is due to turn next week so trying to get teenage daughter to come out on a dog walk - she is reluctant and has declared she has too much work to do (true - Y12 and grade reports came out yesterday so she has to get cracking).
So I'll walk them, but first I'm going to finish reading last weeks Sunday paper.

Good morning. I walked down to the supermarket early this morning. DM is coming for lunch as I'm working tomorrow. She doesn't normally stay more than 2/3 hours, so I plan to go for a walk later. If she does happen to stay on, I'll see if she wants to go out for a potter. It might not be warm enough for DM at lunchtime, but DH and myself will definitely be out there late afternoon/teatime.

We had rugby training first thing, followed by baby sensory, I have an away game later and I’m sure they’ll have our pants down once again. We’re being lazy now and probably won’t do a great deal more today.

My husbands been working away since Sunday, so we’re looking forward to having him home this evening.

Coffee and toast this morning.

Just about to dress my new bedding with brand new sheets. Smile

Gym this afternoon. Its a beautiful day here in Ireland. Then red Thai chicken curry for dinner while watching A New Place in the Sun

We are all absolutely shattered today and having a lovely cosy morning. Everyone's not long finished breakfast 🤣 I've got 2 loads of washing on the line and about to be get a lovely bath with all the essential oils, facemask and everything.

Eldest has gone off to their weekend hobby they will be back for dinner. Rest of us are just pottering around, children reading, doing Lego etc.

This afternoon we will probably get in the garden, have a few garden jobs to do, some things to plant etc, debating whether my window ledge seedlings can go in the greenhouse yet. Or there's a farmer's market in the next village we may wander down to that and save the garden for tomorrow. Either way a chilled afternoon.

Chinese takeaway for dinner which I can't wait for. Wine and TV when children asleep.

Morning all

Had a lovely long lie, coffee and doggy cuddles this morning.

Made a dairy free caramel cake and marinaded the chicken for DM coming tomorrow.

Bed stripped and washing out.

Now off the work whilst DH has a lovely long sunny walk with the dog.

Have a great day everyone
