I ordered my mum some flowers for Mother's Day. They were delivered by Royal Mail tracked delivery to next door. Next door are away on holiday but luckily my mum has a spare key so could get them.
I don't get it though. The house number is right there next to the door.
Anything by Hermes is just forget it. It never arrives.
I do know that couriers are under pressure but surely with sat nav, Google maps, etc., it's not that hard to find the right door.
Am I missing something here?
