Wireless earphones that don't fall out!!

Hello, I really struggle keeping ear bud type earphones in my ears - maybe have deformed the shape of my ear canal from perpetual use of ear plugs at night
Does anyone use any good ones that maybe have a clip or something to keep them in when running?
I currently don't listen to anything due to the frustration of them falling out, but I'm training for a half marathon and doing longer runs so would like a bit of music to accompany me.

I have AirPod Pros and after reading around a lot came to the conclusion that if those fell out, then all other types would fall out too.
I bought some hooks that you slide the ear bud into that hook over the ear and use those for running or when I'm not wearing my glasses. Find them too uncomfortable with glasses. I also got a silicone double ended chain thing - you put a bud in each end, doesn't hold them in but it means if they fall out they stay around your neck so you don't lose them.

@StopThatClock ah hadn't thought about my glasses with clips on or any extra bits.
God so bloody complicated to listen to a bit of music on a jog!
Does anyone know if the Aftershokz ones sit comfortably/ok if you wear glasses?

Thanks for this thread, OP! I struggle to keep earbuds in my ear, and if I do, my ears feel weird after a while. Have ordered a pair of Shokz!

My DH says that my ears are "freakishly small for a grown adult", and I have always struggled with in ear headphones.

I have these aukey ones, they come with 3 sizes of the hook bits and 3 sizes of the ear plug bit, so you can adjust them a lot to fit.

I don't think this exact model is available any more but I did find a very similar pair on Amazon recently when I thought I had lost mine.
