How late can a parcel arrive?

I got a text today to say a parcel would be arriving today. It's 8.45 and I am still waiting. Is there any chance it will be delivered today? I want the parcel but I also want to go to bed and watch tv!

I’ve had parcels at 10pm before now so it still might arrive.

Where did you order it from? Have they give you an estimated time of delivery? I had one delivered at 9:30pm last week but it did say it could be up to 10pm. That was from Amazon. Latest I’ve ever had one though and I’ve had ‘up to 10pm’ before.

It doesn't have a time. It's from DHL and just says it will be delivered today.
