My name is David, I'm actually one of the directors of Crafter's Market UK (and also the developer).
I just wanted to let you know, we've had hundreds of successful orders on our platform with great success. It works in a similar way to Etsy/Some Amazon sellers etc, the marketplace purely serves as the middle person.
Should the worst happen and an item is lost in the post or the seller fails to send an item, the funds are returned to the buyer.
Many customers reach out to our vendors via the messaging service too so you can have a quick chat should you wish :-)
As an extra tip, when purchasing from a vendor (on any platform), you can do your own due diligence. Eg. Check out their social media channels, are they active? Are they quick to respond to queries?
