Stupid medicine question

DD is currently taking penicillin. We have two bottles…there is still a bit left at the bottom of one of the bottles but not enough for me to draw it into a syringe. Is it safe to tip it into the other bottle?

I know this question is probably really silly but I worry

I can see no reason why not, or you could draw that last bit into the syringe and top the syringe up from the other bottle.

Tip it into the lid, draw it up from that, then top up the syringe from the new bottle.

Why wouldn’t it be?
