Sure it was on something like Swap Shop or Going Live - it was a short episode of a teenage high school girls's adventures, she was about thirteen, and at some stage in the story, she would open her window to let her friend next door climb in! It started with a song which was her name - but I can't remember it!

Clarissa? It was a show with Melissa Joan Hart in it and she was a teen doing teen stuff and I recall her male best friend climbing through her bedroom window a lot when he came to visit rather than using the front door and the stairs like a normal person.
