I'm a little confused. I did want an a abortion so I'm happy to not be.. I just dont understand it.

I'm on the cerezette pill. A week ago I had pelvic ligament pain which I had with my first, it was the earliest/main symptom I had.
Yesterday I woke up and coulsnt stop vomiting, if I looked at food I was gagging and running to the toilet. I decided to test and I was positive. I have mild twinges and cramps in my right abdomen. My stomach is sensitive to the touch, the ligament pain is there.

I went to the abortion clinic and she says theres nothing on him the scan, I then did a test and it came back negative. Dont get me wrong I'm happy because I'm not ready for another, but I am super confused. Is there something wrong with me then? And should I go the doctors

Could it have been a chemical pregnancy perhaps? I believe anything up to the first 5 weeks would be considered a chemical. So long enough to have symptoms and a positive test, but early enough that not much might show on a scan?
