Is there any hidden significance to flower emojis?

Mum from school run was diagnosed with breast cancer three weeks ago, in hospital this week. Was going to send her a message with a couple of emojis...no hidden meanings behind the different flowers? As in I don't want to send her something that could be interpreted as funeral flowers or something

Those are all the ones on my phone in case there's one I shouldn't use!

I would just use the first one, that seems a safe bet and the one most people use.
