Life is hard enough working hard and paying for bills and getting on with things.
The pandemic was hard too. No body wants a war.

Heard on radio "Putin must be stopped. He should be arrested immediately, why hasn't this happened yet?". Caller was serious, just a matter of nipping up to the Kremlin and marching him out, problem solved. Sometimes, despair is the only reply.

I think humans actually quite like wars for some reason.

Sadly, I think it's innate and unavoidable, mad as that sounds. Centuries of recorded history show war is effectively a global constant and that men learn nothing from it other than might is right. I'd call myself a pacifist but would happily see Putin assassinated ASAP. So, we've all got the capacity for justifying violence , even those of us who believe we are repelled by it. Grim.

Well, I agree with the sentiment OP but sadly it just isn't that simple.

Go and live your life. Don't focus on bad news. It could happen, or there could be years of negotiations from bunkers, who knows for sure.

It seems to be, most people like to be right, but rather than sit and debate issues or points, with some people it soon turns into arguments and then egos, name calling ect, then depending on the person, they are either trying to brawl, or if e.g. A leader, then it's war etc
