Do politicians keep their social media profiles updated themselves?

For example the likes of Boris Johnson or say Joe Biden? I’ve always wondered this, is it actually them physically posting the content or do they have people who do it for them?

Most don't. Though I am not so sure about Liz Truss and her Instagram profile.

Donald trump definitely did but I imagine their media gurus generally do it
