Camhs what does this mean (pic)

I just had to do a questionnaire regarding my son. It showed me results but im not sure what they mean? Has anyone had similar?

Not had experience, but it looks to me like your DS needs help, especially regarding conduct (behaviour).

No experience of this but until someone else comes along - I would assume green means he is good (normal) in that area, yellow is ok, amber is worsening and red is a real problem needing action. But as I say I have no real experience of this.
