Scam link or not ? Parcel depot

Link sends me to post office. Yes I clicked the link 😬 but it want me to pay a re delivery fee. Says that they're not leaving cards if your parcel cannot be delivered and I am waiting for something. Hmmm should I just try the collection office or is not a thing anymore ? I haven't been since covid times.

Always consider how the courier got hold of your phone number/email address

You may have given that information to the vendor as part of your purchase but the courier shouldn't have that info - it's a scam!!!

I clicked it already and did enter my name and address, but then it wanted my date of birth and I thought hmmmm this is very sus.... so not good really. It's so easy to be caught out it seems 😬

The link sent you to a site that looks like the Post Office, but it will not be the PO. Also, the PO do not deliver mail, Royal Mail do.

Ahhhhh so they have my name and address now. Great i'm an idiot. I get very confused on Royal Mail but I did pick up a missed parcel at the postoffice the other day but that was from DPD.
