OMG! I hoovered my mattress...

yes, I've hoovered it before with a traditional upright bagged vac, but this is the first time I've done it with a recently last year purchased Shark with the clear dust container.
I'm appalled.
I would post a picture of the pile of gunk but fear I might get banned for offensive content

My mattress says not to hoover it, so I am safe!

I'm resisting the urge to strip the other beds and hoover them too

If anyone needs a 'do not vacuum' label for mattresses, carpets, curtains, furniture or anything else then I can supply these for free.

I got a good handful of dust/hair/general shite out from under the kitchen radiator yesterday. Could have made a small pet out of it.

Can also provide a sick note/wellness note that says the patient shouldn't vacuum, cook or indeed do much other than sit, consume chocolate or wine and watch TV to exercise their elbow and improve neck positioning.

Same here. I find that quite disappointing, I was expecting a lot more dust and for it to look a lot more grubby.

Ooh i was horrified at the amount of crap my Shark sucked out of the carpet so dread what ot would find in the mattress....im wierdly intrigued though!

I have never hoovered a mattress in my life, no idea it was a thing?! next time I change the sheets I might whip the hoover out.
