Can't bear the thought of wasting my whole day tomorrow trying to book an appointment with a GP. It will only be a telephone app anyway. Any idea what this rash could be? One's on the back, the other on the arm. Cheers.

Yes ringworm I’d say - common fungal infection not worms but you need treating as if it spreads or is in your hair or is bad it will reoccur/cause all kinds of problems.

Pityriasis rosea?

pepsirolla · 20/03/2022 19:35

Ringworm, fungal infection. You can get sprays and cream from a pharmacy

Ringworm.

Dont need GP. Your pharmacist will be able to supply some anti fungal cream .
Just get the generic clotrimazole 1% don't fork out for the expensive canestan, ts exactly the same active ingredient.

I have found both Daktakort and Hydrocortisone in the kitchen drawer, amazingly not expired. Shall I give the Daktakort a try first?
