Spots on 4 year old?

My DS4, otherwise well in himself, how come out like this today. All over him except his face. Is this the start of chicken pox?

Mines just got over chicken pox they were more defined spots, that looks more like qn allergy rash to me.
I think I'd ask the pharmacist fir advice
