I'm planning to go to Paris for 5 days in the summer with my sister (we're both in our 20s). Neither of us have been abroad before so we're a little overwhelmed with planning everything.
If you have been to Paris, do you have any pearls of wisdom you learnt, or things you wish you had known before or advice? Recommendations of where to eat or stay? I know this is asking a lot but I'd really appreciate just any advice you may have.
We were planning to have 1 day visiting Versailles, 1 day going to Disneyland Paris (I know we're adults but we've never been and want to go for the atmosphere and fireworks!) and then the rest in Paris just doing the typical touristy things.
We have no idea where to stay or whether to go for a hotel or something like an Air B&B. We would prefer it to be affordable but comfortable. Also if you have any advice on traveling on the Euro Star, how much are you able to fit in on the days you travelled to and from France?
