Need ideas for London with daughters please

Coming up London as part of my daughters 18th, will be myself and two daughters (18&21)
Can anyone please give me some ideas of special things to do?
We arrive early Monday so have all day to plan then all day Tuesday free before going to see Hamilton Tuesday night then we leave early Wednesday.
We are flying so not planning on shopping.
I'd love to do a nice afternoon tea but not sure if the Ritz/Shard is worth it with younger ones and if they might enjoy somewhere more trendy?
We have been to London before and done the wax works/eye a few years ago so not too bothered about doing them again.
I was hoping to book the ice bar but it's closed and I can't see anything similar.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Two things they would have loved is the Van Gogh expedition (now ended) and the key closing ceremony at the tower (no tickets left)
I'm sure they would enjoy sitting in bars all day but I want to make it really special.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Had lunch in the Aqua Shard recently, that was really nice & special and quite a young crowd (I felt geriatric at 45). They do tea as well which is I'm sure equally as nice.

When are you coming? There's a Klimt immersive exhibition coming up but not 'til July.

Maybe a rib boat down the river? That always looks fun.

The Van Gogh exhibition is on until May 2022.

Sky Garden is good.

Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane - all around that area and Shoreditch.

For me I'd do Carnaby Street but also look into places like Deptford, Greenwich (markets are always good).

I’ve just been to the Van Gogh exhibition, it’s moved to Shoreditch outside Spittalfields market .

Something like The Bletchley? www.thebletchley.co.uk/home#md3rn-org4nic
Or Sherlock’s mind palace afternoon tea?

Both are really great places

More if you're into history but this will be near the Van Gogh Interactive Museums and is great:-

Somewhere like Sketch for afternoon tea?

Then agree markets like Borough, Greenwich, Spitalfields are good. Seven Dials and Covent Garden might be a nice area to wander around and go to Seven Dials market for lunch.

And Camden Market - I haven't been since before lockdown but presume it's all still there?

I had afternoon tea on a double decker bus with my mum recently, it went around all the major landmarks and was a really lovely afternoon

We had breakfast at www.dishoom.com/ the bacon naan breads are out of this world!
Lunch here is fab and the place is very funky/instagramable!

We also enjoyed sitting with a bottle of wine listening to the opera singers in Covent Garden.

National Gallery always worth a visit. Would give Camden Market a miss if I were you.

Wow everyone thank you so much!
I'm over the moon the Van Gogh exhibition is still going so have booked tickets to that! We'll all love that. Going to look at some other ideas now 😊
