If you've had a baby within the past 12 months, please take part in this study. It's important for my final year dissertation. If you know someone who is eligible to take part in this study share it with them. I will be extremely grateful.
The aim of this study is to look at individual differences in postpartum body satisfaction. We're interested in understanding how women feel about their bodies during the postpartum period and the effects physical activity has on these feelings.
To participate in this study, you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire. It will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. You need access to the internet to complete it. It’s a one-off questionnaire and all questions will be anonymous. You will answer questions about you (your age, ethnicity, number of children, education, marital status, employment, height and weight), your physical activity, experience with yoga and your feelings about your body. Examples of questions are “What is your level of experience with yoga?”, “During the last week, did you exercise?” and “I miss looking pregnant”.
