Based on the favourite food thread - if you could only pick one of each for the rest of your life what would they be?

Carb - French baguette
Fruit - Tomato
Vegetable - Broccoli
Protein - Cheese (cheddar, though I'd be sad to lose Brie)

If I had to eat that as a meal 3 times and day for the res tof my life I don't think I'd mind. And I LOVE variety.

Can't do it!!
If I went favourites it would be
Carb - Bread
Fruit - strawberries
Veg - Spring greens
Protein - Beef
BUT I get bored really easily so for versatility I'd have to say
Carb - Potatoes
Fruit - Apples...or Tomatoes!
Veg - Peppers
Protein - Chicken... Or Cheese... Or...
Nope, Just can't do it! Now I'm thinking about eggs, sweetcorn, bacon, satsumas etc etc

Carb - bread. I love it in all its forms, crumpets, bagels, crusty white, seeded... So good.

Fruit - berries

Vegetable - Brocolli

Meat - bacon. Could live on bacon, all day!

Carb- was going to say pasta but if it can only go with the other ingredients it would be a bit bland so have changed it to French bread which is nice even plain
Fruit- conference pear
Vegetable- brocolli (or some other leafy green veg for vitamins )
Protein- cheese ( I don't eat meat)
