Spa Etiquette/ what to wear / etc

I've been invited to come to a spa day for my SILs big birthday. I've never been to a day spa before, completely out of my comfort zone. What do I wear, assume swimming costume but do I wear that all day?
What is the structure of these kind of days anything I really should know or take with me? thanks

Yes swim wear all day and then they usually provide a robe to wear for walking around and lunch, enjoy!

Most spas provide bath robes and towels (but check where you're going!), so yes, pretty much just your swimsuit and maybe a pair of clean flipflops as the floors can be quite slippery in steam rooms etc.
