Online gifts for Brother with Covid

I'm looking for ideas please!

My brother (mid-40s) lives alone and currently has covid. He's obviously stuck at home and is feeling fairly unwell. I am hundreds of miles away so can't just pop round. I'm trying to think of something I can order online and send to him to cheer him up.

He's not the flowery type, his taste has disappeared so I'm not sure food would be much use and alcohol will probably make him feel worse. He's already got every Netflix/Prime type thing and doesn't read books much.

Help!!

One really welcome thing was a Chillys style water bottle, metal walls that will keep water cold. It was unexpectedly useful as a backup to refill a glass of water by the bed without going anywhere, but with nice cold water.

Etsy does covid care packages. I sent one to my sister.

Jigsaws are a good way to pass the time, I was surprised to find the satisfaction in doing one.
