Why do I get streaks on my denim?

Did you put them in the tumble dryer or on a high spin?

I find washing jeans inside out helps

Yes, wash them inside out.

If you must tumble them it's best to turn inside out, give them a good shake after washing, then put them in on their own.

Do you use biological powder? I think it has bleaching agents in it which get trapped in the creases of denim and bleach the lines.
Maybe don’t use bio powder or give it an extra rinse

Turn them inside out. Put them in a laundry bag so they don't get wrapped around other garments. Cooler wash, lower spin and no tumble dry.

I get this and I use non bio, wash inside out and don’t use a tumble dryer!
