Which books will help me change my life?

I’m looking for recommendations for audio books that can change my life. I have 10 unused credits to use. The reason I have 10 credits is because I never got round to cancelling the subscription and that is the tip of the ice berg.
I don’t exercise but want to, I used to run a lot. I have let myself go, I want to lose 2 stone. I want to declutter my house. I want to get off my phone and read. I want to have the energy to get off my phone and do something, anything. I want to have some energy full stop and have a life that is more than work, lie on sofa and mindlessly scroll SM, sleep v badly and repeat.
I want to change and I’m hoping the first step might be to go for a walk and listen to a life changing audio book!
Which books (or anything else for that matter) have motivated you to make changes and get on top of things?
(P.s I don’t think I’m depressed, although I might be a bit. I’m probably peri menopausal. I have probably got undiagnosed ADHD that is unmasking with peri menopause).

I love Audio books. I am the same as you. I have just downloaded The life of a woman with ADHD. It has good reviews although I am only just starting it so couldn't date it myself yet

Dana Whites books on decluttering are quite good

Rhonda Byrne the secret. There’s also a documentary on Netflix with same title.

Atomic Habits by James Clear. I think there’s a free pdf knocking about if you google it.

I've never listened to audio books but a useful book that I keep coming back to (and actually remember stuff from!) is Feel the Fear and do it Anyway.

Atomic habits - changed my way of organising myself and helped change my thinking. I’ve revisited it a few times.

Feel the fear and do it anyway motivated me to finally get out of my comfort zone and get a much better job.

The imposter cure really helped my overall confidence.

Feel the fear and do it anyway, already been mentioned. Brilliant book which I reread from time to time. By Susan Jeffers
