Just eat how long for refund

We've just been delivered someone else's order instead of our own
How long does it take to get a refund from them?

5 to 7 days. They are twats. We have had wrong or no food delievered 3 or 4 times. You cant speak to an actual person. Im awaiting a refund for a mcds we didnt get as the driver just sat in his car then drove off.

I thought it was pretty much immediate (although I don't use JustEat. I'm assuming it's similar procedure to Deliveroo?)

Is what you got instead something you can eat?

I have only ever had credit vouchers rather than refunds but to be fair I have been happy with that as it always gets spent!

Well I've not got a response yet....

I don't know how to get a response from them!
