JustGiving Credit in my bank account

I can’t find the answer to this! Obviously could ring my bank but haven’t got time to be on hold for ages.

I’ve got a £10 credit from JustGiving in my bank account. No idea why. I do donate randomly to JustGiving causes as and when I want to.

Anyone any ideas?

I expect one of your random causes was dodgy and they refunded you

Did you sponsor someone for something and they didn’t complete it? Although surely they would have emailed you as well.

I’ve checked my emails. Inbox and junk etc.

I’m going to email and ask, so weird.

Doubt anyone’s interested, but found email from late last year on work laptop. Something (JG) I donated £10 to. Link doesn’t take me to that fundraiser now, so guess it doesn’t exist and everyone has been refunded? All I can think of!

If you donate to a cause and they don’t close/withdraw in a certain amount of time it gets sent back to the donators
