Ordered this morning at 10am for delivery between 6-8pm. I'm stuck in doors as me and lo have gastro bug. They sent a message at 10 past 8 saying the delivery was cancelled and money would be refunded in 2/5 days
So I have no food and no money to get any. And three dependents ffs.
Customer service were awful and couldn't have given less of a shit . Anyone ever had such an issue and did it ever get resolved?
