Best things in London with kids?

What’s your favourite tourist (or non-tourist) thing to do in London with children?

Science Museum. RAF museum. Diana fountain on a nice day. The Diana playground in Hyde Park. The local lido.

Buckingham palace / change of guards, London eye, river boat, natural history museum, M&M world - completely overrated but kids love it.
Trafalgar Sq are all favourites of my kids

HMS Belfast - my strong recommendation.

A trip on the river up to Greenwich, Greenwich park and the observatory.

The soldiers on horses at Horseguards and then a walk down the mall to Buckingham Palace - all children want to see where the Queen lives.

I'm going to say no to the natural history museum, I took my 5 year old and it was just too overwhelming for her! She preferred the Lego shop 😂

Highly recommend the Muggle tour if you are Harry Potter fans.

We were in London for a few days recently and did The Tower of London, Hamleys, M&M store, art gallery which was surprisingly a huge hit, Natural History and Science Museum (watched an IMAX film which kids loved). They are 10 and 6. Had lots of stops for treats/hot chocolate etc too

Amorinos that does ice creams like flowers, or milk train which does them in a candy floss cloud!

How old are the children?

Also little Venice to Camden lock on the barge is nice, stop off for some market food and a walk around it's a good day out
