Help. Trying to return a parcel to Amazon via Hermes and going MAD

I'd be so grateful if someone could help. I ordered a large item from Amazon. The wrong item turned up, so I started a return and asked for a replacement. The replacement came fine, but I can't work out how on Earth to send back the wrong item.

I printed the label and assumed that would trigger a return. Stayed in waiting for Hermes to collect. Nothing. Have scoured Amazon website to see if there's another action to take and guess thar I need to go onto MyHermes website and request a pick up.

Go onto MyHermes and the box thar says start a return does not recognise Amazon as a customer they collect for? Am I doing something wrong??

When you go onto the Amazon returns it gives you lots of different options, ie:

Print label and take to post box
Get QR code and take to post office
Print label and take to Hermes drop off shop etc

You must have clicked on one of them - check the email you got the returns label from

Do you not drop it off at a shop that accepts hermes returns? We have one round the corner that does returns for hermes

You need to drop it at the Hermes shop unless you arranged via Amazon for them to collect
