Battery health 80%, what does it mean?

I'm considering buying a second-hand iPhone 11 128 GB. It's battery health is 80%. They want £250 for it, is it worth it?

Thanks.

No

Battery health refers to how many charging cycles the phone has gone through

My iPhone X was on 85% when I sold it and the battery wouldn't last much longer than 6 hours without being charged

I wouldn't buy one with 80% as that's probably why the person traded it in

Is a contract an option? There's some great deals on the iPhone 11 on affordable mobiles depending on networks

Thanks. I'd rather buy as it works out cheaper.

My current phone is an iPhone 8plus and I've just checked the battery health, it's 73%. It goes most of the day without needing charging... unless I'm on Tik Tok! Then it lasts no time at all.

Another question. Is it worth paying more for 128GB rather than 64 GB? Will probably consider a different phone with better battery health.

It depends what you use your phone for really

Most people would be fine with 64gb, look at your current one and see what gb you have used

For iPads I always buy the model with extra memory but rarely do with phones

The price isn't bad but personally I wouldn't buy any phone with that % battery

The new se was announced yesterday so second prices should come down a bit especially on the se 2020
