How much to feed a 12 week kitten?

He's v active when he's awake but does sleep around 15 hours a day. ATM we feed him 2 pouches of wet food spread across 4 meals plus a small bowl of biscuits. He always seems to be hungry though! He's probably on the larger side for a kitten but boys tend to be.

Thanks in advance

I always leave dry food put and give wet food 2 or 3 times a day. I'd feed to appetite at that age tbh

My boys had three tins each of Thrive a day and then a little bit of thrive dry left out overnight at that age. They are perfect weights and self regulate. My vet says it's a bit like children and sweets... Make something a rarity and they will harass you and gorge, have something available and they realise that they only need to eat when actually hungry. Of course, this doesn't apply to all cats but has worked well for us. We feed at 8 am, 5 pm and then at about 11pm, we put out the last wet tin and the dry.
