I just heard a old women took a Russian drone out with a jar of pickles don't know how true it is but it made me laugh.

My adult dd told me she felt quite distressed she couldn't help a poor little white rabbit hopping about on the main road coming home from work.
Then realised it was a carrier bag with the handles tied!

Simple, but made me laugh.

Saw Russell Kane do stand up last week at a local theatre - laughed so much!! But I'm not sure there's much I can repeat...

My sister in law screen shot a post on her local FB group today. A lady posted a doorbell video of a blonde lady posting a parcel through her letter box, with the comment 'Does anyone from the end of XRoad have a better shot of this woman who has just posted a dead bat through my door' loads of comments along the lines of 'oh my god, what a wierdo, what is the world coming to etc' about 45 comments in someone with a name similar to Deborah Sauvignon Blanc posts ' I am Soooo sorry, that was me, I was posting it through the door of Lisa from the Bat Association (or so I thought) (she can verify this!)she asked for the body of a dead bat I found as she wanted to determine cause of death!' 🤣

Also a podcast called 'Three bean salad' is making me laugh so much every morning I am cocking up my eye makeup! Annoying but worth it

The thread yesterday about the OPs embarrassing incident at work made me seriously belly laugh 😆
I do feel a little sad that I can't think of anything that made me laugh today though although I'm sure I've laughed at something today - obviously nothing as memorable though!

I was speaking to DH earlier about the cost of fuel and said one place locally was "taking the piss".

Something we said just before that must have set off the Alexa which decided to tell us all about the meaning and origins of the phrase "taking the piss".

She ended it with "it is not to be confused with taking A piss" and that's what set me off laughing with tears running down my face.
