I been feeling overloaded for awhile with various things at the moment.
I can't talk to my family about this and think it's really dragging me down.
I have messed up big time and just need someone to talk too.
I work up feel emotional because I just want out of this. I am happy in my job and for first time in my life feel secured. I have various different things going on feeling overloaded. So much feeling on different situations feel like I am losing the plot. I have tried to keep on top of things but just had enough.
Has anyone got a referral for a therapist? Did it help you?

Morning lovely. Are you in England? If so you should be able to self refer to IAPT for talking therapies. I did CBT for anger and stress issues which was really beneficial.

I’ve had a Google and you should be able to click through the website to your local area. If you’re somewhere else in the U.K. Google IAPT and your local area and something should pop up.

I use to reach for the whisky bottle when low. But now I feel that won't help.
