I been feeling overloaded for awhile with various things at the moment.
I can't talk to my family about this and think it's really dragging me down.
I have messed up big time and just need someone to talk too.
I work up feel emotional because I just want out of this. I am happy in my job and for first time in my life feel secured. I have various different things going on feeling overloaded. So much feeling on different situations feel like I am losing the plot. I have tried to keep on top of things but just had enough.
Has anyone got a referral for a therapist? Did it help you?
