What is this on this model's arm?

Browsing for some bras on a lingerie website, came across this pic and just cannot work out what it is!

Great woman to do this and to be able to model with and without her prosthetic arm.

A few years ago (25) I worked for a few months with a stunning colleague who'd have both arms removed and didn't have prosthetics.

I think it was after the thalidomide health birth defect scandal and I never asked why.

She coped fine with carrying things like papers with her stumps though.

I get where you're coming from Gonna but she's just a normal , beautiful woman.

I worked with someone once who had lost an arm, chose not to wear a prosthetic and she would much rather be asked about it, than either stared at or avoided because you know, missing arm =awkward. Her words not mine. It really irritated her.

Aww I love those. My uncle had a prosthetic arm (he lost his in a farming accident when he was 21) and his was plastic looking and immovable, and uncomfortable to wear. He rarely wore it though.
