Many cases of childhood tonsillitis has led to holes on my tonsils so i now get consistent tonsil stones.
Usually use a silicone ear bud to coax them out by pushing under the spot. I have one sort of in between my tonsil and back of the flap of skin behind my teeth iyswim. When i poke, it came out and couldnt see anymore, poked again and more came etc and repeated a few more times and its still there.
Is this more than a tonsil stones?
Also any remedies for tonsil stones? I have good oral hygiene as super conscious of them causing bad breath!!
