Anyone about who understands blood test results ?

Does anyone know if a Mean Corpusc. haemoglobin (MCH) of 31.3 is ok and percentage of hypochromic cells of 2% is alright. TIA

MCH reference range on my bloods is 27-34 so 31.3 seems perfect. Not sure on the hypochromic I'm afraid, is it within the normal range for your lab?

The percentage hypochromic cells is fine.

It just means the amount of your red cells with less colour.

This number increases if you are anaemic.

Thanks that's really helpful. I don't think whatever these are have been tested before and had no idea what they are/mean.
