Mine is

What do blind people “see”?

I’ve read they don’t even see the blackness we see when it’s completely and utterly dark. Which makes sense because I suppose they don’t know what the colour black looks like. Apparently they “see” nothing.

I can’t even begin to imagine what that looks like.

What was the real reason Elizabeth 1 never married.

Oooh -interesting thread! Can’t think of one st the moment but would love to know the answers to these!

Erinyes · 07/03/2022 07:03

What blind people ‘see’ will vary completely depending on whether they have been blind since birth or lost their sight later, whether they are legally blind (hence have some vision) etc. Some conditions that cause blindness can also cause visual hallucinations.

When my husband died I really struggled with what happens after - is it just nothing? He didn't believe there was anything after but then you hear things.. I don't believe in the 'oh a feather drifted by' or 'the photo fell over' just as you were thinking of someone - but would like to know if my parents are now reunited and if my husband can kind of check in on his kids...

I’d like to think there was something after death.

What's outside of the universe?
How did the first cell/atom begin?

peachgreen · 07/03/2022 09:26

Yes I agree @ukborn - I would love to know where my husband is right now, and whether I'll ever see him again.

I always think it was because she knew once she married some of her power would go to her husband

Energy can't be destroyed so it has to go somewhere, it just kind of dissipates.
