Food tub for freezer/oven/microwave

I'm looking for something which will store a single portion of Shepherd's pie/macaroni cheese etc that my son can reheat from frozen either in the microwave or the oven . Needs to have a lid. I've used Tupperware but that cant just shove in the oven and is plastic. I was wondering if there was something better

The IKEA 365 containers are good and come with a variety of lids so can be frozen. The bases are glass/Pyrex and I have a plastic lid for the freezer and a floppy lid for the microwave (assuming you don’t need a lid for the oven).

We use the same sort of tub as @Wildernesstips but bought from Amazon

They are so handy. I have a variety of shapes and sizes.
