Crap day and need to watch an easy funny type film. Like free guy, guardians of the galaxy, kingsman type things I think? Drawing a blank

@FlippyFloppyFlappy

We're the Millers
This is my go to if I'm feeling sad or want an easy watch, love it. And Bridesmaids.
TheSmallAssassin · 05/03/2022 19:09

I watched Game Night on a recommendation on here and I think that fits the bill too.

spacehardware · 05/03/2022 19:10

Bridesmaids makes me sob!

GingerFoxInAT0phat · 05/03/2022 19:11

Bridesmaids, Bad Neighbours. Hmm, I feel like I haven’t watched a funny film for ages actually.

TheSmallAssassin · 05/03/2022 19:15

What we do in the shadows (the film)

pheonixrebirth · 05/03/2022 19:18

TAG is really good and based on a true story. And it kicks off in the first 2 minutes.

lancslass17 · 05/03/2022 19:19

Shaun of the dead
Meet the parents

girlmom21 · 05/03/2022 19:20

I was introduced to Naked Gun relatively recently and howled but it's very shit so I'm not suggesting it as a 'good' film per se.

lugeforlife · 05/03/2022 19:26

I am the only person I know who likes it but Spy with Melissa McCarthy. On Disney. Jason Statham and Rose Byrne make me laugh like a drain. As does Alison Janney saying the word thundercunt. I am basically a purple 24 yr old mind.

lugeforlife · 05/03/2022 19:26

Omg that was meant to say puerile 14 year old

Soubriquet · 05/03/2022 19:27

The heat had me smiling when I watched it last

I laughed more than I should have at that the other day 😂
Trekles · 05/03/2022 19:31

We love The Gentlemen
Also The Heat

flashpaper · 05/03/2022 19:34

They are exactly my kind of movies too, OP, and I absolutely adore Good Boys. Funniest thing I've seen in ages.

CushionSpiral · 05/03/2022 19:38

Thanks for the suggestions!
DH has updated the request to its a properly shit day so he wan to watch something like jump street, super bad, horrible boses, game night “anything stupid or with Jason Bateman in it”

I caught some of Wayne’s World on tv the other week and was howling at some parts.

CushionSpiral · 05/03/2022 19:38

@FlippyFloppyFlappy

We're the Millers
Yes this is the kind of thing we need today, but seen it!
