We ate in Giraffe (South Bank) last Sunday and it was disappointing. We are in Dishoom Kensington on Saturday morning and it was fabulous. Have also been to Dishoom Kings Cross -also delicious.

Spitalfields market is nice. It's a walk, but there's a lot to see.

You could try here -> thebreakfastclubcafes.com/london-bridge/

Just about to suggest The Breakfast Club. If you walk in, they take your number and ring when there's a table - we waited just long enough to take a stroll round Borough Market and the food was nice.

Table in Southwark is nice.

Grind London Bridge is good grind.co.uk/pages/london-grind

26 Grains, Stoney street is also amazing www.26grains.com/restaurant/XNKj5RAAAM9xcmw0

Both do fab coffee

I was going to suggest The Table Cafe. There's always huge queues - I assume you can book. It's really nice though.

There's also a Caravan at Bankside

Otherwise you can get breakfast at the Shard iirc. It's quite a reasonably priced way to eat there - fantastic views. (and also the Oxo Tower I think too).

The Garrison on Bermondsey St is excellent for brunch lunch

MotherWol · 05/03/2022 19:07

Brother Marcus - there’s one in Spitalfields and the Borough market one has just opened.

Pinchofnom · 05/03/2022 19:10

Breakfast club, Roast or Dishoom. All great options.

newlabelwriter · 05/03/2022 19:13

Mallow in borough market. All plant based though so might not be what you’re looking for

Cherrysoup · 05/03/2022 19:49

Giraffe, their coffee is amazing.
