Family film suggestions

Hello!

We (me, DH and DS aged 7) are going to watch a family film this evening with a takeaway from the chip shop (happy days!) but we're not sure what film to go for. DS is a creature of habit and likes the same films over and over. It would be great to have something new tonight. Robots is great but we've seen it 3 or 4 times in the last fortnight! ConfusedGrin

Personally I would love an 80s classic like Indiana Jones or Flight of the Navigator but I think we're still a year or two away from the likes of those. DS is sensitive and scares quite easily. We're cautious of language as well.

Anyone watched something recently that they'd recommend? We're open to live action or animated and it doesn't have to be recent.

Thank you! Smile

Jurassic Park is a good film

We watched The Princess Bride tonight, which was fun (admittedly there is one "son of a bitch" in it).
