I've recently changed from shift work to set hours. I was doing horrible shifts and ate as and when I could.
Now I forget to eat in the mornings but have a lot of coffee (this is what I did on early morning shifts). Then I eat a really late breakfast at lunchtime and then am ravenous by 4pm so eat everything and then am not hungry enough for dinner!
I'm driving myself crackers (and surviving on crackers also arf arf) and wonder how I fix myself please
