Euro exchange rate

I need to purchase a large amount of euros before end of April. Does anyone in the know who understands how this all works have any advice? Would I be better purchasing now or end of April? I'm assuming current world events will be affecting the exchange rate but I have no idea if that's for the better or worse in terms of buying them. Thanks

There are a number of online accounts you can open to transfer money from £ to €, Starling Bank and Wise for example. Both give much better exchange rates theman high street banks.

Basically you want to exchange £ when you get more euros for your money- a few years ago, a £ would buy 1.5€, it dropped right down to 1£ to 1€ but is now around 1£ to 1.2€.
