Do your friends acknowledge your Children's birthdays?

General question, more so relating to your close friends, do they acknowledge your childrens birthdays? Not so much gifts but maybe a card, a call/text to pass on a birthday message, a visit on the day sort of thing

Mostly just the ones who have same age children - mum friends, really, and a few of my oldest friends.

And I myself am useless at remembering any, unless we are going to the party.

I will say we all made a bit more effort during lockdown.

Close friends (I.e. the ones who would have been godparents had we had the DC baptised) - yes, via text. I send something small for their Dc when I send a gift for my friends, I don't send the Dc birthday/Christmas gifts.
My best friend who we see regularly, give gifts for DC and try to meet up.
DC's best friends - yes, a text.

Yes, all our closest friends do and most send a card and present. We make the effort for their kids too
