Can anyone help? Autism/OCD

I am diagnosed autistic, with sensory processing disorder and OCD.

Working from home has been an incredible equaliser for me these past few years, I have been promoted twice, but it is coming to an end.

I need to return to the office which historically makes me unwell (I don't deal well with temperatures above 18 degrees, fluorescent lights, or the various smells and germs). I currently have panic attacks when I go indoors for longer than a few minutes. CBT has not worked in the past.

I know that the answer is "get over it", but really, how? Has anyone here fixed these issues and how? Hypnotherapy? Something else?

I am defeated and at my wits end.

Is there anyways with your promotions you can go back to work with a little office somewhere of your own? That way u can have the lights, noise, traffic etc the ways that helps you especially if you can show that this is in the best interest of the company with your performance.
If not, is there any way you can ask if you can still work from home even part of the time?
